Regarding a wedding photoshoot

I've worked with Arik for nearly 8 years in his capacity as JDC's humanitarian photographer, so when the time came for me to get married, there was only one photographer I wanted to capture that day.

Of course, every frame was perfect; every photo captured a special moment and all the joy and excitement of the day.

Not only did Arik bring out the best in every single guest, but he also went above and beyond the call of duty in every way conceivable — he captured our beloved corner flower seller as he was making our bouquet (!), he had a stunning slide show ready for our Sheva Brachot 36 hours after the wedding (!) and perhaps most incredible of all, he presented us with a stunning, hand-made, engraved wooden box for our photos (!), which every guest to our home marvels over.

Arik is not only a talented photographer, he is an artist and a craftsman who imbues every frame with beauty and heart.

Regarding a family documentary movie

I had the pleasure of working with Arik Shraga who prepared a documentary in honor of my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.
Arik and I communicated at length regarding our expectations for the project and asked questions to give us direction. He visited my parents in their home several times in order to conduct the interviews and took pictures of them in their natural environment. Because of his vast knowledge and background in European history, he was also able to bring in his own pictures of places that my parents referred to. 
Upon completion of the project, we received an edited movie that we shared with the rest of the family as well as all the raw footage from my parents’ interview.
The movie is now a treasured testament to our family's history and a message for future generations.
The experience of working with Arik was smooth and very pleasant.

Regarding Bar Mitzvah photoshoot

I would like to recommend photographer Arik Shraga who accompanied us all evening of the Bar Mitzvah of our son Ariel.

Arik not only showed up at the very beginning of the event and stayed till the end, but he also came a few days earlier, to get to know us and explore the venue. He came up with ideas for interesting photos.

He was pleasant, involved in the event, and collaborated with anyone who wanted to be photographed. He also initiated photos and angles of his own and fitted in great at the event, to the delight of the entire family and guests.

The results were the following: we received fantastic, professional, sharp and quality photographs.

The whole family was excited to see the impressive photos and we as a family got a great souvenir from the event.

Regarding multiple family events photoshoots

I loved working with Arik as a photographer.  Besides the fact that his photos capture "the moment" in the most moving way possible, he is an absolute pleasure to work with. 

He goes with the flow and works with you in the situation.  All of our absolute BEST family photos are from him and we would never consider using anyone else.  I highly, highly recommend using him if you are lucky enough to do so!
